  • Co-Director of the Craniofacial Clinic at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center
  • Specializes in treating pediatric brain tumors and other nervous system disorders including congenital malformations, epilepsy, craniofacial disorders and hydrocephalus. He has experience with in utero surgical treatment for birth defects such as myelomeningocele and the use of minimally invasive surgical technology in the care of children with central nervous system disease.
  • Research interests include gene therapy for treating malignant pediatric brain tumors, use of imaging technology in the operating room and minimally invasive neurosurgical techniques
  • Co-investigator on a clinical trial on dendritic cell immune vaccination for malignant brain tumors in children being conducted at the Maxine Dunitz Neurosurgical Institute
