Teen Volunteers

If you are interested in earning community service hours, have an interest in medicine or just want to give back to your community by helping others, then Cedars-Sinai is the place for you! We are excited to announce that we are accepting teen applications for the Summer Session at this time.

Two teen volunteer sessions are offered each year in June (Summer) and October (Academic).

To become a teen volunteer, you must be between the ages of 14 and 18.

Teen Volunteers perform clerical or clinical duties:

  • A clinical volunteer works in a patient care setting to interact with patients, assist in the nursing station, deliver flowers, deliver magazines and may perform some clerical duties.
  • A clerical volunteer helps with general office duties including answering phones, computer work and filing, and working on various projects.

For more information, please contact a Teen Volunteer Coordinator by e-mail at TeenVolunteerProgram@cshs.org or by phone at 310-423-8044.
