Flow Cytometry

The Flow Cytometry subdivision performs phenotyping of immunodeficiencies, leukemias and lymphomas, as well as stem cell (CD34) and PNH (CD55 & CD59) testing. Flow cytometry is a test procedure in which cells are analyzed by passing them through a laser beam in a narrow stream. In addition, DNA content of solid tumors by flow cytometry and image analysis is also available.
