  • Therapeutic Management Services

These pharmacists also work with the medical staff in the following clinics:

  • Medicine Clinic

Ambulatory Care clinical pharmacists play an important role in educating patients on their medication regimens and preventing potential medication-related adverse events. The pharmacist works with doctors and nurses to develop the most appropriate medication regimen for each patient. The goal in this setting is prevention and wellness.
