Cedars-Sinai offers a variety of dining opportunities for patients, visitors and families.

To share a meal with a patient, you may order a meal tray. Please order your tray by contacting your nurse or the Hospitality Center at ext. 34444 or from outside the Medical Center at (310) 423-4444. The cost of a meal tray is $23.00. Guest meal trays are charged to the patient's room. Generally, these charges are not covered by insurance.

Cedars-Sinai Medical Center's cafeteria is located on the street level of the South Tower. Take the South Tower elevators to the street level, and follow the signs. The cafeteria is open from 6:30 a.m. to 12 midnight daily.

Grill items are cooked to order at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Fresh fruit and salad bars are available, as well as made-to-order sandwiches and freshly baked pizza. Menu items change daily. Kosher foods are available.

Food may be eaten in the comfortable dining room or taken out in covered containers. The cafeteria offers a variety of selections at reasonable prices. Vending machines adjacent to the cafeteria can be accessed 24 hours a day.

The Plaza Café is located on the plaza level in the South Tower. This restaurant offers table service in a casual dining atmosphere. It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The menu features salads, sandwiches, hot entrees and ethnic food selections. Take out is also available during these hours. A coffee bar features Starbuck's specialty coffees, teas and hot chocolate, as well as bottled water, juices and pastries.
