
Arash Moghimi, MD is a neonatologist with Pediatric Services at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. He is board-certified in pediatrics and certified as a neonatal resuscitation program instructor.
Dr. Moghimi has published articles about placental fibroblasts, osteopenia of prematurity, respiratory distress syndrome in peer-reviewed journals. He has presented at numerous lectures and grand rounds on such subjects as osteomyelitis in the newborn, short bowel syndrome, neonatal lupus syndrome as well as other subjects related to neonates.
After graduating with a bachelor's from the University of California, Los Angeles, Dr. Moghimi earned his medical degree at the University of California, San Diego. He fulfilled his pediatric internship and residency at Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center and a fellowship in pediatrics at Cedars-Sinai.
