MedQuist Server to be Moved this Weekend; Expect Temporary Delays

The MedQuist server will be moved this weekend from the existing CSMC Data Center to the new Data Center in El Segundo. This will result in temporary delays to our transcribed report return from MedQuist.

Beginning at 5 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 22 until 3 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 23, newly transcribed reports will be held for transmission and will not be immediately available in Web/VS. You will still be able to dictate without disruption, however, please be aware that report return will be delayed. Once the server is back online, all of the held reports will upload.
