Summary: Patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy or ża thick heart muscleż (HCM) often present with abnormal electrical changes on an electrocardiogram (ECG) suggestive of abnormal electrical conduction. This study uses magnetocardiography (MCG), a safe, FDA approved, non-invasive heart scan to examine the magnetic field patterns of these patients. Study procedures also include a 12 lead electrocardiogram and blood pressure measurement. Study procedures do not include echocardiogram or blood tests. One year follow-up is included.
