Findings:
- Multiple extrapulmonary solid masses with a moderate right pleural effusion.
- No evidence of pleural plaques/pleural calcifications.
- No images provided: no pulmonary masses, no lymphadenopathy.
Ultrasound guided thorocentesis was performed and exudative bloodly fluid was obtained.
