History: 57-year-old female with history of three months of abdominal pain, intermittent nausea/vomiting/fever, and jaundice.

Imaging: MRI of the abdomen, with and without intravenous contrast.

What is your most likely diagnosis?

A. Cholangiocarcinoma
B. Primary biliary cirrhosis
C. Cholelithiasis with Mirizzi syndrome
D. Choledocholithiasis
E. Gallbladder carcinoma
