

Jennice S. Vilhauer, PhD is Co-Director of Adult Outpatient Programs and Director of Psychology Training in Psychiatry and Behavioral Neurosciences at Cedars-Sinai. Dr. Vilhauer is also an assistant clinical professor with the Department of Psychology at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
Dr. Vilhauer specializes in the use of cognitive therapies for the treatment of adult psychiatric disorders. She has dual subspecialties in women's issues and health psychology. Her research is focused on the integration of mindful consciousness and future-directed thought as mechanisms for recovery and wellness.
She is a member of the American Psychological Association, Association for the Psychological Sciences, California Psychological Association and the Los Angeles County Psychological Association. Her studies have been published in several peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of Offender Rehabilitation and Fordham Urban Law Journal.
Dr. Vilhauer received her bachelor's degree from UCLA and her doctoral degree from Fordham University in New York City.
