Annie Chiu, MD is a board-certified dermatologist with Cedars-Sinai Medical Group and Cedars-Sinai Health Associates.
Dr. Chiu received her medical degree from Stanford University. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Berkeley, where she graduated with honors, and was a University Medal finalist. She has completed an internship in Internal Medicine at White Memorial Medical Center, and her residency at Emory University.
Dr. Chiu has received multiple honors and awards, including a Women¿s Dermatology Society Academic Research Grant, and the Asian American Role Model Endowment. She is a lead collaborator in multiple clinical trials, including studies on acne, photoaging, eczema, and bullous pemphigoid. She is the author of numerous publications, book chapters, and review articles.
Dr. Chiu is also actively involved in the American Academy of Dermatology and Women's Dermatologic Society, serving on various committees and taskforces. She believes strongly in patient advocacy and outreach, organizing community awareness and skin cancer screening programs.
