The Cedars-Sinai Radiation Therapy Department is located within the Outpatient Cancer Center at the 
Samuel Oschin Comprehensive Cancer Institute. There, patients with a malignancy can be assured they will receive the highest quality radiation therapy currently available. Using state-of-the-art radiation technology, our oncologists, therapists and staff collaborate to design custom treatment plans for each and every patient who comes to the Department. By doing so, most patients will feel better, faster and normal, healthy tissues usually will be spared or minimally impacted from the effects of radiation.
As a radiation therapy leader in Southern California, our oncologists not only have extensive training but are peer-reviewed and actively participate in quality reporting. All care delivery is regularly monitored and the results are reported to committees.
The Cancer Center is currently affiliated with the Radiation Therapy Oncology Group (RTOG), the Gynecologic Oncology Group and the Children's Oncology Group.
