Vascular Surgery Rotation at Cedars-Sinai

The goal of this rotation is to concentrate the attention and education of the resident for three months on the judgmental, psychomotor and technical skills required for the practice of general vascular surgery.

At then end of the rotation, residents should be able to demonstrate:

  • Knowledge of the anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology of the vascular system, including congenital and acquired diseases

  • The ability to surgically manage the preoperative, operative and postoperative care of patients with arterial, venous, and lymphatic disease
