All physicians must submit their National Provider Identifier (NPI) number to Cedars-Sinai by April 10. There are now two simple ways to do this:

Nominations Now Open for Nurse Excellence Award

Is there a nurse you would like to pay special tribute to? If so, now is the time to submit nominations for the 2007 Maggie Stempson-Carter Excellence in Caring Award for eligible nurses. This annual award is given on behalf of the medical staff to a Cedars-Sinai registered nurse who exemplifies professionalism, clinical excellence and caring.

Revisions to Baraclude Labeling Announced

Anti-Spam Enhancements & Daylight Savings Time

On March 5, Cedars-Sinai implemented an anti-spam enhancement. Spam e-mails sent to individual e-mail address(es) are now being redirected to the user's personal web-based quarantine.

Daylight Savings Time will occur at 2 a.m. this Sunday, March 11. At that time, clocks will be set forward one hour to 3 a.m.
