Anat Ben Shlomo, MD

Staff Physician, Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism

Anat Ben Shlomo, MD, is a staff physician in the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. She is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at the University of California at Los Angeles.

Dr. Ben Shlomo joined the Burns and Allen Research Institute at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center as a research fellow in endocrinology. She studies somatostatin receptor subtypes function in the pituitary gland and their novel selective ligands.

The results of her research has been published in
The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism and The Journal of Biological Chemistry.

Dr. Ben Shlomo received her medical degree from Tel Aviv University¿s Sackler Medical School. She completed her residency in internal medicine and a clinical fellowship in endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism at Assaf Harofe Medical Center, which is affiliated with the Sackler Medical School.
