Eugene Harris, MD is an attending orthopedic surgeon at the Cedars-Sinai Orthopaedic Center. Dr. Harris is also an Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He is an expert in shoulder arthroplasty and arthography.

Dr. Harris is a diplomat of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons, a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and American College of Surgeons, and a member of the Western Orthopaedic Association, Society of Graduate Orthopaedic Surgeons, American College of Sports Medicine, American Medical Association, American Orthopaedic Association and American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons.

Frequently lecturing at Cedars-Sinai, Dr. Harris has also made presentations at numerous educational institutions including UCLA and California State University, Northridge (CSUN). Dr. Harris has written for numerous peer-reviewed journals, including Arthroscopy, Journal of Arthroscopic and Related Surgery and Journal of Radiology.

Dr. Harris received his undergraduate education from Yale University and his medical degree from New York Medical College. He completed his internship and residency at Los Angeles County General Hospital.
