

Justin D. Paquette, MD specializes in pediatric and adult scoliosis, complex degenerative disorders, spinal tumors, and minimally invasive spinal surgery. He is also highly skilled in utilizing fusion, non-fusion, and neuronavigational technology.
Dr. Paquette's current research projects involve the effects of spinal fluid dynamics on the development of idiopathic scoliosis and biomechanical parameters of biological cervical plates as compared to standard anterior cervical plates. He has written articles for several peer-reviewed publications, including Neuroreport.
Dr. Paquette received his bachelors of science in biology and psychology from Vassar College, his masters in neuroscience and neurology from the Boston University School of Medicine and he received his medical degree from the Albany Medical College. After an internship in general surgery at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center at Harvard University, he completed a residency in neurosurgery at the Tufts-New England Medical Center. He also completed a spine surgery fellowship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
