Cedars-Sinai Medical Group has signed a 10-year lease for approximately 30,000 square feet of clinical space at 8501 Wilshire Blvd., located on the northwest corner of Wilshire and La Cienega in Beverly Hills.

"The new facility will house approximately seven (7) pediatricians, eight (8) internists and our expanded Urgent Care Center," said Tom Gordon, CEO of Cedars-Sinai Medical Network.

Cedars-Sinai will occupy the first and second floors of the three-story building beginning in April 2007, after tenant improvements have been made. Currently, most of the space being leased is "raw" space and Cedars-Sinai will be building out three physician suites.

"We are excited about the opportunities that this new space brings to the Medical Group as we continue to grow and recruit additional physicians," Gordon said.

The 85,000-square-foot building was built in 1984.
