Sijian Wang, MD, PhD
Pathologist, Genitourinary Pathology
Dr. Wang received his medical degree from Beijing Medical University. He completed his pathology training at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, which was followed by a surgical pathology fellowship at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. He received his doctorate in cancer pharmacology from Roswell Park Cancer Institute and State University of New York at Buffalo. His research interests include application of molecular genetics to experimental therapeutics in cancer and diabetes, and assessment of new biomarkers in surgical pathology. Dr. Wang is an integral member of the genitourinary pathology team.
