Seller: Cedars-Sinai Medical Center provides for you our "Purchase Order Terms and Conditions," which apply in their entirety to all of our Purchase Orders.

There are two versions* of the Purchase Order Terms and Conditions. Please review the Purchase Order Terms and Conditions that apply and print a copy for your records as you deem necessary.

Version 1 is the Purchase Order Terms and Conditions for supplies, equipment and services performed offsite.
Version 2 is the Purchase Order Terms and Conditions Trades for construction performed onsite, labor performed onsite and services performed onsite (referred to as "trades").
